Kuwaiti men and Botox

A renowned Kuwaiti clinic, Skin Clinic, has reported high demand for Botox and injectable fillers from Kuwaiti men, Arab Times reported.

The clinic’s Consultant in Skin Diseases and Laser Cosmetics, Dr Ghanima Al-Omar, has revealed that 35 percent of her clients are males who undergo injectable fillers, Botox, and skin whitening.
Reports have shown that the percentage of Arab men seeking plastic surgery has significantly increased across the Middle East.

Dr Toni Nassar, celebrity plastic surgeon and beauty ambassador to Lebanon, has revealed a surge from 5 percent to 25 percent in male Arab patients, adding that most clients come from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

In the UAE alone, doctors have reported 40 percent of patients as Arab men.

On the other hand, Kuwait’s Al-Omar has warned against the country’s “contaminated cosmetic market” which has “become a profession for just anyone.”

She urged patients to steer away from the country’s unwarranted cosmetic practices.

----That is disturbing news

  1. Its about time. Kuwaiti men do NOT age well. Many look like their 20 years older than they really are. Maybe they should also look into eating healthy and exercise... :D
