I found this breakfast restaurant in Discovery Mall, the name is in Arabic - Ryoog meaning breakfast in Kuwaiti dialect. It's a cute little restaurant but prices are a little steep for simple breakfast items. The Kuwaiti, Oriental and American breakfast plates are 5 KD and above.
It originated in 2010 with their first location in Shaab, it was started by Humoud Al Sabah. You can order any time between 6am-11 pm. I glanced over the menu but didn't find anything to my liking so I just took a few pictures.
