Filthy beaches in Kuwait

After having lunch at Johnny Carino's the kids rode their big wheels around the small park not far from the restaurant, what I saw was terrible, trash everywhere and a neglected park.

 I did find severak copies of City Pages magazine

So much for the 'no trash dumping' rules.
