I never noticed another mall next to marina mall, it doesn't look too nice though. reminds me of fahaheel just after the war - cheap, bad parking and nothing new.
And i actually enjoyed seeing the water thingy roundabout, despite its tacky look, it does add some ambience as opposed to faded maroon pavement and half dried-out plants.
Oh and the new central bank looks like a modern marvel, but the beige continues to overtake our country - the farther you look the more bland, eye sore, depressing beige!
