LOL. This is the result of overtrusting Google's translation. In Arabic "and" (و) sticks to the next word without a space. Apparently he translated (وحوش) and it gave him that result. 'وحوش' is the plural of 'وحش' Monster, but he really meant 'courtyard' حوش. I thought about bureaucracy but couldn't determine when it came from.
