I remember Oprah talking about putting your feet up when you do this. My questions is, how do you do this if you are using an Arabic toilet which consists of a hole in the ground?
if you are doing this on an Arabic toilet this is the position with out needing a chair.. Look at the 35 angle showed on the picture, this is exactly the position for anybody using the Arabic toilet.
