Kuwait police are watching You!

Mark posted this info on his blog and everyone is sharing it so people will know what's going on and why you might have a ticket waiting.

It seems like everyone is wearing their seatbelts now. The traffic rules are still questionable, why would you get a ticket for talking on the phone, eating or smoking but not get a ticket for having kids riding in your lap or running around the car? There is no law yet with regards to children being in car seats and wearing seatbelts, what about the companies that carry workers in the back of an uncovered truck?
