Health Berry Ladies Gym- Mangaf

My sister came across an amazing ladies gym today. It reminds me of Pilates when it first started, brand new equipment and very clean. It opened up this month and they have a special of 60 KD for 2 months and 300 KD for the year. There are treadmills, weight equipment, a huge pool like the one in the Hilton, jacuzzi and sauna. They have spinning classes which I like, different kinds of aerobic classes and my favorite class..... ZUMBA!!!! I'm so happy I've found a Zumba class in my area. The special runs until tomorrow, I wish I knew about it before so I could have posted it sooner. The normal monthly price is 50 KD per month.

    Hi there - my girlfriend has just arrrived in Kuwait and is looking for a gym - we are in Mangaf, but you don't say where this Health Berry gym is and I can't seem to find it for her.

    It's behind the gas station, you will be on the main road to the highway and you will see Princess rental car place on the corner, turn there and it will be on your left hand side. There is valet parking and you have to buzz to get in.

    Hi I am also looking for a good clean ladies gym with a good pool can't seem to locate this one not on sat nav. Is it possible to give the co ordinates on google earth. Thanks.

    Hi can you please send me the contact number for the gym. or if you yourself can provide details, whether it is a 24 hours gym. I would like to know because I cant seem to find the place, and also I finish work at 7:30. so i want to know if it is opened after 9. Please reply immediately.

    I really love Zumba class. I started one 4 months ago. I can already see changes on my body and it's so fun.
