Lizard of Kuwait

Yesterday as I was pulling up to the security check on Arifjan I spotted this bright yellow "dhub" lizard. It just sat there while I took it's pictures. This is the fist time I got to see one close up, the others were squashed on the road. The color is amazing Mashallah, I had a friend who took his sons to the desert to capture some of these lizards in which they bar-b-qued later on. Not exactly my idea of a meal but they liked it.

This was just a baby as they can grow to be really big. I wonder if they "taste like chicken" as well.
