Sisqo in Qatar

Ahh yes, Sisqo, reminds me of the good ole' 90's......

" The American singer, Sisqo, is set to perform in Qatar next month, at the third edition of the Hip Hop and RnB night, ‘The Red Carpet’ to be held at the Sheraton Doha Hotel on November 10.
The singer, best known for his hit ‘Thong Song’, will perform on the evening, which will begin at 8pm and close at 3am.
Tickets for the event are available from Virgin Megastores at Villaggio and Landmark, the Sheraton and online from www.tasaker.com. Tickets are priced at QR150 for presales, QR250 on the door, and QR350 for VIP access.
The event is being organised by Golden Relations, and officials expressed their excitement at bringing Sisqo to Doha for the party.
“Sisqo is best known as the lead singer of R&B group Dru Hill. He rose to popularity after the release of his solo debut ‘Unleash the Dragon’ featuring the novelty song ‘Thong Song’ and another runaway hit ‘Incomplete,’ said a spokesperson, adding “recently, the singer also invaded television with an appearance at the UK reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother.”
Previous Red Carpet events have welcomed the likes of Hot Rod from G-Unit Records, and have also showcased local talent such as Keyali Mayaga and Trak."

I can just picture a group of Qatari guys dressed in their dishdashas rememebering the days when they studied abroad and were dancing to the "thong song'.
