Maternity Hospital beach clean Up

Al Yaal ( Kuwait's First Nationwide Marine Conservation Initiative ) volunteers will be cleaning up the beach beside the maternity hospital on October 22, 2011, from 6:30 a.m.-9 a.m. If it wasn't so early I might come out there but that's my only day off.

Maternity Hospital beach map and directions: Route A: From Gulf Road

- Take Jamal Abdul Nasser Street from the Gulf Road.
- Head straight from the roundabout
- At the next (smaller) roundabout, turn right.
- Head straight ahead from the next roundabout.
- When you reach another roundabout, take the left towards the beach
- Enter maternity hospital parking to access the beach

Route B: From 80

- Take road 80 (towards Jahra) (towards Shuwaikh medical area)
- Join the Jahez street on the right and head straight until you reach a roundabout.
- Head left from the roundabout
- At the next (smaller) roundabout, turn right.
- Head straight ahead from the next roundabout.
- When you reach another roundabout, take the left towards the beach
- Enter maternity hospital parking to access the beach

Route C: From Road 30/40 to join 80 (thereafter follow directions mentioned above)
If you are taking Road 30 or 40, accessing the Fourth Ring Road heading towards Sulaibikhat. When you reach the United Nations roundabout you can connect to Road 80 at a right turn - OR - when you reach Mohammed Bin Qassim Street (on the right) you can take the coastal line and access 80.
