People who come to Kuwait quickly realize driving here is unlike anywhere in the world. Everyone should be required to take defensive driving classes before getting their license here. Flashing lights, horns blowing and bumper riding are an everyday occurrence here. You just have to learn how to move out of their way without getting into an accident trying to avoid them.
